And most importantly I want to help you understand your body, workouts, and nutrition so you have the tools to continue a healthy lifestyle long after we finish working together.

All of my services are provided to you online! My workout programs and one-on-one training are delivered in a user friendly app that provides form videos, allows you to track your workouts and weights, tracks your progress, and has messaging capabilities for us to easily chat. Not a fan of apps? No problem. I can send you PDF versions of any workout program.

Rachyl "FYT" originally started for a very simple reason - there's a y in Rachyl, so let's put a y in fyt! From there it evolved into an entire philosophy. FYT. Fuel Your Transformation. Your transformation might be physical. It might be mental. It might be emotional. It might be about your relationship with your body. It might be discovering new things you love. Your transformation can be anything, but no matter what it is you need to FUEL it. You need to work for it every day. You need to adopt habits and take action. And that's what I'm here to help you do, to fuel that change.
This depends. Everyone is unique and so are their individial goals so my prices vary. My programs are my most affordable option because they are generalized, they're not a personalized program designed just for you. They are designed to help a broad range of people work towards getting stronger. If you have the drive and don't need someone every step of the way, my programs are definitely the best option! They provide structured workouts right on your phone and track your progress which means no more guess work or time wasting on your end. Programs are currently $40-$50.
If you are looking for workouts created specifically for YOU, shoot me a message. We can talk about workouts, nutrition, and how often you'd like to have check ins with me along the way. Basic individualized workout plans are done on a 12-week basis for $75 ($25 per month) with app access, or $50 for a PDF.
One-on-one coaching starts at $40 per month which will include your personalized workout program, guidance on nutrition and lifestlye changes (I do not do meal plans but teach you about nutrition!), and weekly check ins with me.

Not at all! My current programs can BOTH be done at home. One is entirely bodyweight only and the other only uses dumbbells meaning they're both great options for the home or the gym. If I'm creating a personalized plan for you we'll go over what equipment you have available and how you want your workouts set up! We can make anything work for you.
Yup! I post a TON of free resources on my Instagram and Youtube pages. This ranges from fitness tips and lifestyle changes to full workouts that I actually do myself. I'm so happy when you reach out and tell me how helpful and motivating my content is for you.
